Good idea. Bad execution. No hair drier, no phone - but funny as laminated sheets have direct dials for service and compendium has both Noise in room from fan, really poor service from some staff.nnMold in bathroom happily growing.nnetc etc.nnSome staff are good. And iron in room works well.nnCould do so much more with the building. It is a pretty awesome structure. If i had a choice i would not stay again if same.

Cancelled in us last minute and offered us a refund or move us to their sister hotel but when I requested being moved they never got back to me, even the sister hotel wouldn't talk to me and the Ramada Website wasn't any use! Would Avoid this hotel and any Ramadas in the area, stayed at Ibis for cheaper price not far from here and was a much better process.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Ramada Suites Manukau, New Zealand.nnThe customer service was appalling when we raised concerns about the issues we faced, the receptionist barely acknowledged us, staying glued to her phone and showing no interest or care.nnThe room was far below standard as it was dusty, and we experienced itchy skin after sleeping in the bed, which suggests a lack of proper cleaning or maintenance. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

First, we had to wait on the intercom for someone to answer that. Then, 3 representatives put us on hold and disconnected the call. The receptionist was still at the counter, but she did not let us check in. We had to wait outside for 25 minutes to get our access card. Then we got the wrong room. We booked a bedroom king suite but paid for that. No one helped us to get us the right. I called the receptionist, and she spoke with the duty manager, and he refused to give us the right room. They ripped us. The room was very dirty. We had the very worst experience.

Two night stop over while visiting Auckland.nRooms clean & tidy but very compact. It would have been nice to have a compendium & tissues perhaps. Fridge did provide tea/coffee & sugar but no artificial sweetners?nPopped our heads into the dining/cafe area that looks comfortable however we cannot comment as we did not eat inhouse.nCheck in after hours was by telephone as there are no staff at night, that said all went well & staff were friendly when we met them in the morning
