Ramada Suites by Wyndham Auckland Manukau Pacfic Centre

I have recently stayed for 2 nights and completely dissatisfied with this property. They claimed it’s 4 star hotel but their service and breakfast is pathetic. Room AC not good and therefore rooms are so warm and there is NO window to open to get fresh air. I have personally asked their cleaning staffed to clean my room, change my utensils and garbage box but no attention, simply they ignore it. I am little happy at the end as their manager co-operated me and given me late check-out.

Great customer service and the staff were very helpful with booking and any inquiries I had.nExcellent location if attending events at the Due drop center which is located 2min away.nLovely food at the cafe downstairs and there is other food stores 5min down the road from the Ramada.nOur room had a kitchenette with a stove and a microwave which was great if we wanted to cook ourselves.nWe would stay again.nThank you!

Overview:nI enjoyed my stay for buisiness at Ramada Hotel. I would rate it to be a 3 to 4 star hotel based on personal opinion. 3 star given for room size and comfort. 4 star for location and staff friendliness. The hotel cleanliness is also well established.nnSleep:nMy room bed matress was low quality and/or uncomfortable due to heavy body impressions making sleep uncomfortable. Additional to that the pillows are low quality and worn out.nFor the room I had, there was no disrupting noises and little disturbance with visitor movement.nnBathroom:nThe Toilet is awkwardly placed behind the bathroom door worse because of small space in room sizes. The shower pressure was really good and had great temperature variance and adjustability.nnKitchenette:nSmall and tidy, bare minimum facilities.nnRoom overall comfort & facilities:nThe room is small, little space to move around and very small desk with a small low structured stool. Aircon and fan present. A small flatscreen TV available channels and features unknownnnHotel restaurant:nA standard buffet breakfast all required food options limited variation. The resraurant is very presentable and cosy.nnHotel gym facilities:nThe hotel boasts a small modest gym featuring 1x rowing maching, 1 x treadmil not working at the time, 1 x elliptical trainer, 1 x exercise bycicle not working at the time, 1 x small multifunction gym machine.nnThere is a short beautifull outdoor track inside a small nature park located across the motorway. You can easily do a 2.5km loop for running or walking exercises if sticking on the track only.nnFinal remark:nA enjoyable stay for short visits with standard room comfortability and all required facilities present to reach 3 to 4 stars.

Handy location for our conference. First room we were given smelt horrible the shower did not have a cover on the drain!. Thankfully they swapped us to another room.nDuring the room swap I left my computer and its bag in the first room. The staff did nothing to alert me when the cleaners found the computer, nor did they call me back when I rang from another part of Auckland to check that they had it. I have location tracking on the computer - very handy. In the end I drove back to the hotel and picked it up from the front desk. Never did they call me back to confirm they had it - very much below par service!

Very disappointed with staff at the hotel. We were a large booking for a sports event and agreed on a 10% discount in writing if we paid up front. Despite several emails back and forward and promising to rectify our account, this hasn’t happened, leaving everyone out of pocket. We had alternative accommodation arranged and only stayed at Ramada owing to the agreed discount. Will not stay at Ramada again.
