The Raspberry Café

Came for breakfast but our party was a little late unfortunately so settled on the lunch menu. The majority of the dishes were enjoyable but one of the meals had to go back for a second attempt. The selection of cakes etc was very impressive. The outdoor setting was lovely.

Oh my word, what a lovely place!! Absolutely beautiful, fresh delicious food, generous portions. Coffee is good. Make sure to book as it was soooo busy and we just got lucky as someone thanks Sandra didn't turn up. We will be back!! Food: 5/5

Their cakes were great! They bake their own cakes. Good food. Good coffee. Nice and cosy place. Plenty of carpark. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended, booking is recommended too.

Amazing food and experience.I had the Turkey salad which was so tender and delicious! I had the raspberry meringue for dessert . Soo very busy and yet still a wonderful experience. Great cafe and great people!! Will be back

This place has been great since it opened a long time ago. Lovely table service. Also, kindly added a candle to my Dad's cake when I asked if it might be possible. It was his birthday so I was glad someone was organised! Nothing was a problem. Yummy cakes too. But I didn't enjoy my hot chocolate - definitely needs improving. EDIT: I guess drink flavours are personal and not everyone likes the same as another. :- But, from memory, I didn't like the powder that was used. But everything else was delicious!

I've been here a number of times over the past and honestly it is 1 of my favorite cafes around the Christchurch area. There is also a berry shop at the back where you can buy fresh/frozen berries and even berry ice cream. The Cafe has some of the best cakes, unlike others taste as good as they look. Yesterday I sat outside and the ambience and vibe of the place is really beautiful. The raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake is to die for if you have a sweet tooth and they do pretty good coffee.

A very good cafe. Good environment especially during Summer.Food is great. Icecream tastes good. My dog also likes this cafe.

Went for afternoon cuppa, place was lovely set out and approx. 1/2 full. Ordered slice of cake, couple of drinks and and savoury roll. Slice of cake came first & found NOT cooked in centre so mentioned to waitress when coffee came “o several others had mentioned that earlier”! So why didn’t you take off menu as real health concerns? Management! Not cheap place so would expect excellent products! service was good Kid-friendliness: Yes Parking: Good

Our third time here & had a great experience once again! Food and service was great. The outdoor setting is beautiful and appreciate having our small dog alongside. Always popular so recommend you book especially at the weekend. Parking: Plenty of parking onsite and on road.

Really truly lovely place, excellent indoor, patio and outdoor seating with a beautiful garden. Staff were kind, and the BLT and filo pastry were excellent and decent value since they were a good size portion! Breakfast finishes at 11am here so we had lunch.
