The Prince Albert

We stayed in a twin room and loved it! Great atmosphere all day from the bar and cafe, super friendly staff, and the room was clean, appealing, and comfortable. Also had an ensuite bathroom which was exceptional for the price. Also want to highlight the fact that staff went out of their way to accommodate us due to a delayed ferry, and were super professional throughout.

Had a really good stay at Prince Albert Backpackers in Nelson.nnFood and drinks were nice and reasonably priced, and the staff were super friendly. Check-in and check-out were easy and straightforward.nnOnly small thing was that there wasn’t a power socket near the bed to charge devices, which would’ve been handy.nnOverall a great place to stay — would definitely come back.

2 fire alarms at midnight for both nights I stayed is absolutely not ok when u have early starts. Something needs to be done and u must know which alarm is activated so fine people if the vape in showers.nThn when packing checked under bed and came across some personal lube a shoes and empty water bottles and so much dirt that wasn't my to keep nSimple things could improve the place a lotnFood is great tho

Super cute hotel with great facilities. OMG the shower is AMAZING! takes a bit to heat up, but WOW!nHeaps of power sockets including next to the bed.nGreat location, airport bus is just a very short walk away. CBD is a nice stroll too.nGuest courtyard out the back was lovely for chilling in the sun. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

In the past I've resented paying good money for Pub meals that are lack lustre or could be done easily in my own kitchen.nnWhen you go out to dine, you want it to exceed your own capacities.nnThe Prince Albert did so & some - what a total DELIGHT to dine here.nnAs my last night to enjoy a Family outing before heading back to Oz, I cherished every moment.nnThe food around the table was DEVINE!nEven the 3yr old hoed into hers!nnThank you for an exceedingly enjoyable experience - I'll treasure itn
