Sprig and Fern on Hardy street

Absolutely delicious food and very well priced. One of our crew said the quesadilla was the best they have ever had, ever! Staff were lovely, will definitely be back next time I am lucky enough to be in Nelson & highly recommend to others. Thank you.

Service was great. Beer was all right. The food, on the other hand—maybe shame on me for ordering a salad at a brewery, but I’ve never been to a place where it’s billed as a “seasonal salad” and the plate comes out with literally just a small pile of iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and three small falafels. The falafel was decent, to be fair, but that they have the audacity to charge $24 for that is pretty much nonsense. We also ordered the curry sauce with the chips and the chips were good, but the curry sauce was basically gravy with some amount of curry powder in it… probably.

Worst pizza I've ever had, too spicy no one could eat it! Take a note from motueka Sprig & Fern and they played I shot the sheriff on repeat for over an hour. But they lady that was helping us was amazing and that's the only reason you get 3 stars!

Really nice place. Good service but disappointed to not be able to buy a tasting set of the beers.

Good friendly crowd with awesome service from bar staff on busy nights... IPA's are okay but the cider is awesome. Seating is sufficient and there's roadside tables also. They prepare very tasty food so I couldn't ask for anything more! Cheers.

Lot of craft beer is available. Friendly staff ..they recommend according to your taste. Very good quality food with prices reasonably. Small seating arrangements are there outside too.

Great pub with an excellent choice of beers and good pub grub. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the Wednesday evening quizzes are excellent - well run, fun questions and very generous prizes.

Always my go to place for a beer and a catch up with friends! This place has a banging atmosphere and the BEST pork dumplings in town! Seriously!
