Lovely staff and great location. Sauna is epic and perfect for those that can appreciate a great wood sauna. Staff was spritzing eucalyptus scent inside too. Spa could have been a bit hotter but fits a good amount of people. Not super deep. Easy to walk in and out. Limited spa Jets. Kids/shallow pool was just behind it so it was a bit noisy. Great sunroof over the top so you get natural light! Pool is Olympic size and has a deep end enough to dive into! One fast lane, a few medium, slows and a recreational zone. Bathroom ladies - hot and cold showers as long as you want. Plenty of hair dryers. Mats were old and stained a bit. Some hair. Looks like everything could do with a deep clean and revive but it’s a great price and would go again but bring shower shoes.

These pools are absolutely fantastic. It's large and great for all ages. Also the steam room and sauna are really really great hot temperature's. Even the steam room here has a cold shower inside it which is cool. The staff here are very nice and greet you well. I would recommend and I definitely will go back here.

We needed some exercise on our holiday and Olympic Pools and Fitness was convenient to our accommodation. For an extremely generous sum of $9 you get access to the pool, spa, sauna and steam rooms. The change rooms are spacious with plenty of showers and lockers. Bring your own lock for the lockers. The female change rooms have hairdryer available.

The staff of the swimming pool are amazing! Today, I suddenly felt difficulty breathing and numbness in my hands and feet because of a caffeine allergy or hypoglycemia. When I was resting on the seat in the hall, the staff was very concerned about my condition. Two staff, Rebecca and Tess, immediately brought me chocolate bar and energy drinks. They shared their own experience and told some jokes to make me relax. Later, when another staff member, Benz, heard that I had trouble breathing, he immediately brought me a first-aid kit and asked me to take oxygen. He also kept making me drink a lot of water and talking to me to ensure I was conscious. I felt much better when I left. Their first aid knowledge is the best, and their considerate caring for guests is outstanding. Much appreciate for what they did today.

Very disappointed yesterday when I attempted to visited that they already closed early on Friday 5:30pm? without prior notice used to be 8pm? spoke to another couple who arrived and had no idea too! they said the previous Friday they visited it closed late and not sure why it was closed early nothing to indicate on the door either left in suspense then hassle drove couldn't find a park at Tepid bath so no swim or spa yesterday!!! members should be entitled to redeem elsewhere on Friday if you changed your hours on Friday??? because I can visit after business hours If your part of Auckland Council I will be escalating this further :-

Pretty good pool but $9 for entry but only two packed lanes available to swim in. Would have been good knowing that before paying but I guess I should have checked a website or something before going.

A lovely place, changing room is always very clean. And it is just a few minutes walk to the Newmarket shopping mall, so I always go there have a nice meal after my exercise. Also the joining fee is very cheap, I joined their membership 2 months ago and the joining fee is only 20 dollars, a lot cheaper than other gyms in Auckland.

I like how clean they keep the changing rooms. They seem to regularly check and clean the bathrooms too. Some customers are slobs though and disrespect the facilities but that's not the employees fault. The pool is clean and it doesn't sting my skin like other highly chlorinated pools. Lockdown was really tough but the staff were really communicative about opening hours which was great. The pools use to close later in the evening which was great but 9pm is still good. The pool side guards could be a little more proactive in keeping the lanes orderly but apart from that everyone is pretty friendly.

Went for a swim and sauna. The pool was great the sauna itself was great but some of the clientele have no respect for others using the facilities and they talk and top of their voices, both talk at once and they would not stop when asked as I and I am sure others wanted a quieter space. The men shouted at me and said I could not tell them to stop talking as they were. I feel like I paid my money just the same as them but was unable to enjoy a quiet peaceful sauna. I go to other pools and I have never struck this in other saunas. There should be a sign saying the everyone is entitled to enjoy the space. There talking took my enjoyment away.
