Great customer service from all the staff especially the receptionist. I signed up for an adult swim class with Morgan. He was very patient to us and always does his best to correct our form and techniques. I didn't realize that learning swimming even as an adult could be this fun. The place is always clean and the water is really warm.
My 6 year old son loves coming here. They are very professional have great customer service and I love that you can be flexible with your schedule on their online portal. We highly recommend this swim school and big thanks to the swim team for helping my son to be confident in the water again. What a relief! Happy mum
Great pool for lane swimming and staff are super friendly. The best thing to happen to Mt Eden since Eden Park.
My kids are enrolled here currently and they love it. 2-4 kids in one instructor. Easy to reschedule if needed. Thanks Team
The kids really enjoy swimming here and quite frequently don't want to get out of the pool. You never feel that your kids are unsafe as the instructors are very attentive and are often tracking kids in their classes in other parts of the pool so they can remind them its lesson time. The booking system got a lot easier with the new website. The front desk staff are always friendly and never hesitant to help out. They are also responsive to feedback after improving the lighting in the changing rooms almost immediately after commenting on it I assume it was either inplanning or the numbers of comments hit the thresholds for improvement though.
Since moving my daughter 6yr old to DGSS which came highly recommended from friends, she has excelled in learning to swim. The teachers are patient and clear in their instructions, and fun. It was definitely the right move for us.
This is the third swim school we have tried for our kids and we love it. The teachers really teach and the environment is nice, warm and not over crowded. The pools are perfect for the kids lessons and customer service is great too. Very happy we found this place.
5 lane pool that is hardly ever busy in the evenings. Lanes are a bit narrow but since you usually have your own lane this isn't a problem
Great place to swim. The water is a bit warmer than most pools which can be good for beginner swimmers. There's usually a lane open to the public but check the timetable on the website. Would recommend going earlier in the day though as the water does look a bit dirtier in the evenings, especially during summer.
A good 25m pool to exercise at, for about the price of a coffee. A biscotti as well if you want a sauna. The water is held at a comfortable temp for exercising. My only complaint is that it is a little shallow at one end, my fingers graze the bottom doing over-arm. But this is to be expected at a pool primarily designed for children to learn at. Facilities are clean and staff are helpful and friendly.
