Old world charm... very special. Right down to the chairs the Queen and Prince Philip sat in

Old school charm and hospitality clean rooms in central location. Car racing on Dee St. is noisy. Front rooms bigger and better appointed for the same price as standard rooms.

I almost stayed there but glad I didn't. I got talking to some of the long term Tennant's and food is quite often stolen from the communal fridges and the manager seems to be more interested in making money from the place rather than good customer service.

The Grand was a wonderful experience. Looked after by Lovely Linda, we were given a room in this historic building full of character and with every comfort. Close to shops and restaurants. Give it a try!

Beautiful experience there.. Loved the older lady, she and rest of crew members are very friendly. I felt like living in 1940.. people those who like vintage and old landmarks should visit and stay here..

Old world hotel experience. Could definately do with an upgrade but clean and comfy. Rooms were big and complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus! Right on the main street so noise isnt great but ave to expect it as its right in town. Recommend.
