A very good Library. Very friendly and helpful staff. A nice peaceful atmosphere.
Nice and warm, very helpful and friendly team members. At times there can be a few people using the libraries services and they can be quite loud in conversation or on their mobile phones talking quite loudly as if no one is there, not at all like years ago where you should observe respectfully a more quieter use of the public library being aware it's not a open tell all your daily goings on. If you need to do that ask if you can go and hire a meeting room which I believe you can if you need to book on a regular basis. Well stocked library and up to date with current releases.
Always warm on a cold day, helpful staff and so many books
Great selection to browse thru & an awesome kids section. Car park at back door so super convenient as well. A great place to spend a relaxing & enjoyable time

New renovations have made the building more open and welcoming. Staff are absolutely awesome and go the extra mile to ensure our visit is always great. They are really passionate about what they do. Some great activities running here too for kids and teens.
This library is great. I'm here generally once a month, and hands down I think the library has the best customer service in Invercargill. They're always attentive and you're never made to feel like any query is bothering them - just friendly, helpful service with a nice atmosphere.
Really good library! Public toilets really clean, and good free wifi. Upstairs you have a big place with plugs for your laptop. That's quieter than downstairs with kids.
The club's here are incredible the atmosphere is even better, everyone is so nice and friendly 5 stars, because this is amazing.
