No Covid 19 sign in or QR code and both the ladies I spoke to one at the Help desk and one at a counter to pay seemed to be inconvenienced by my wanting them to do there job. Saying hello and being pleasant are usually a good thing in customer service maybe a Kiwi host course would be appropriate
Don't expect any service from the ICC unless they are making money in one way or another. They are only interested to deal with issues that is profitable to them. To expect them to do their job as legally obligated is a waste of time.
