Service very good. Bar Service in Embers great. Food left a great deal to be desired. Had squid - undercooked and not tasty.

Fabulous place to stay! Allie at reception is super kind and friendly. Emberz restaurant food was amazing. Heated indoor pool. In-room large spa bath. Comfortable beds. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Super friendly Staff , fantastic service and facilities. Heaps of storage space in the rooms, very convenient design. Fantastic restaurant and bars. Best stay in south island so far.

Really is 5 star accommodation. Awesome amenities, very pleasant happy staff. Clean spacious unit, bonus of bar and restaurant onsite. Meal also great, gluten free options and believe it or not almost all of their desserts on offer were also gluten free! Will definitely be staying here on our next visit south!

Spent a comfortable night here. Warm hospitality at a classic Invercargill venue. Always good to support ILT due to their fantastic community involvement and sponsorship of local sport and different activities.

Great facilities, super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean and ok size for us. We also loved the pool. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we visit Invercargill again

Ok for work but not much choice in Invercargill. Busy place due limited decent competition. Has late 70's early 80's look and feel. Black the choice of colour for the dining area... Wow‍ needs a serious revamp throughout.
