Absolutely useless! They haven't had any fixed Doctors for around a year now and don't seem to be doing anything to resolve that. Try calling for an appointment and basically you can't get one. They have acute appointments which are only available to be booked on the day but if call later than a couple of hours after opening you're out of luck and have to wait 2-3 weeks. Even when you do manage to get an appointment you end up waiting 45 mins on average past your allotted slot but the waiting room is always empty.
I’d do negative stars if I could. Unprofessional, disrespectful and greedy money grabbers. They don’t give a damn about preventative health. Only taking your money. Go anywhere but here.
I find the staff are kept very busy. I've been going here for almost 4 years now and of course they know me, so I just go in and sit down and wait. My doctor is great and explains everything well and gives good advice , so I don't mind reading a magazine for a while if they are running a bit behind. It's probably due to the extra time the friendly doctor takes with his patients, which I have never been charged for. I've just learned to make an early appointment :
Often takes a few phone calls to get through to an actual person.Very hard to get hold of the nurses for appointments and results - need more staffing. Clean and modern - More corporate type practise not personal. That said - our Dr is great and I can recommend him.
Shockingly understaffed - no appointments for weeks. Said they have a triage system but then told me that they couldn’t fit me in and I needed to go to accident and health because they thought I needed to be seen which is $80.
