Our family have had such a great experience with Dr. Suzanne. We are extremely grateful we found you! Dr. Suzanne is so helpful, caring, considerate, and thorough. She never leaves you waiting, she’s considerate of your time, your knowledge on yourself especially on your child, she makes you feel so welcomed and heard. It’s not always easy to connect with your doctor, so when you do, it’s great!
Absolutely terrible worst service we have ever had from the top of the north island to the bottom of the south. Doctors here do not care. My husband has been in so much pain promised to give pain meds and call backs and nothing happens. On hold for ages to only be cut off. I bet if it was one of their family members they would the best care. To this doctors you are just a number.
After posting a review it seemed they did not like they decided to access my personal information to call me about my review!.nI did not ask a question i made a review!nMy complaint was how you have to pay before you can book an appointment, they informed me that was incorrect as they only place a lien against your bank account till the appointment then you pay.nTo anyone not understanding a lien what they do is place this lien against your account telling the bank they have a security against your account for furure services rendered so if its say $50, if you have $100 in your account you can only spend $50 till tend releases the lien on your account so either way your money is either taken from your account or frozen for sometimes over a month so potato potatoe you are still out of money availability. Please don't call me when i have never! Requested a reply from you! I wish my doctor never sold to you. The quality of service has dropped and costs up.
The best Doctors experience ive ever had.nnThe entire staff at Tend Greerton are super friendly and helpful.nnI recently transfered from The Doctors Bayfair due to the wait time and i managed to get a booking withing 2 days compared to 3 weeks at The Doctors!nnI booked my appointment on the Tend app with a few clicks so it was super easy with the busy life i live. I love it!nnDr Bridget was super helpful and not to mention, amazingly friendly. She gave me alternative options and understood my situation clearly.nnI now have the confidence to head back to the doctors when needed so thank you to everyone at Tend Greerton.
Not sure why all the negative posts, it's not easy in Healthcare at the moment and you can tell they are doing what they can, best they can. When my kids have been really sick and no appointments we usually get a phone call appointment and if it's simple enough they work out a way to deal with it. I've dealt with several of the doctors and never had a bad experience
