I had surgery here and it was such a positive experience. My surgeon was fantastic, incredibly approachable, knowledgeable and caring. Two of the nurses I had were particularly wonderful too - Alex and Gill. I felt very well looked after and the nurses took their time to chat with me and answer any questions I had. The cafe here is great too!
I was in hospital for 2 nights. My room was large and comfortable. The food offering was very good but the one thing I will always remember and appreciate is the care I received from everyone I interacted with especially my day nurse Fay. They made an anxious time for a very personal procedure so much easier to handle. Thanks.
Id like to thank Aaron Cook, Anesthetist and all the nurses that helped me and made me feel relaxed, during my day stay.nFood was beautiful & nice clean hospital.nHighly reccomend
I recently had a minor surgery at Grace and two nurses really stood out, making my stay feel much less scary and more relaxed. Noriko was my pre- admission nurse, she was so lovely and sunny and made me laugh so much! I really appreciated her because I was super nervous. While I was in recovery Rebbeka Wilson was the day stay nurse. She was also very lovely and cheerful and she checked on us often. This was very nice especially since I had low blood pressure and was feeling very yuck. Overall this was a good experience with wonderful nurses which made me feel very looked after.
Ok hospital, as expected clean tidy.nHad a lot of shedculing issues with my surgey as they said I could have someone's slot beacuse they weren't vaccinated, and then changed their mind, eventually we got it sorted though.nThey didn't give me dinner after my surgey which was disappointing, and I was left alone most the night, could have done with more regular nurse checks, as I couldn't sleep after my surgery and having someone to talk to or being offered sleep meds would have made the night a lot better.nThe sunrise veiw outside the window was amazing though.
