I recently had a gastroscopy at Grace Hospital, and I want to sincerely thank the entire team. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for—something that makes all the difference when you’re in a hospital environment alone.nnFrom the warm and welcoming receptionists, to the attentive nurses, and the skilled medical team, every person I encountered made me feel safe, supported, and respected. Your professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness didn’t go unnoticed.nnEven the small touches stood out. For example, when I needed Wi-Fi, I simply scanned the QR code and was connected instantly—no forms, emails, or extra clicks required. It may seem minor, but it was the cherry on top of an already wonderful experience.nnThank you to everyone at Grace Hospital for the exceptional care you provide. You’re making a real difference for the residents of Tauranga, and it truly shows in everything you do.
I cannot put into words how amazing the care was at Grace Hospital. Every staff member was incredible, so happy and caring, it was they clearly loved their job. So thankful.
Five Star Hospital. Professional and friendly staff. So efficient with no delays. Went in for Complete Right Hip replacement surgery. Can't fault the incredible Surgical Team. Post op care from the nurses was first Class. Highly recommended, and the menu / meals are restaurant quality! Your own private room and ensuite.
A couple of days ago I had my achilles repaired by Dr Matthew Street at Grace Hospital. The care was top tier from the admissions clerk, to nurses to drs, physios and health care assistants. I was blown away and felt so so cared for. I appreciate all the wonderful help to keep me as comfortable as possible and the facilities were lovely and clean. Thanks so much for a faultless admission
Grace hospital is hands down a disgrace, Especially Neil singleton who is a joke of a specialist, they screwed up my appointment, and because they can’t own up to their muck up, they decided to cancel my appointment and now refuse to see me all together, in their own words “Neil Singelton has decided not to see you anymore” I asked why, all they said was “We will not discuss this with you a letter has been written to your GP and we will not be seeing you” then hung up on me, just rude and dismissive, Neil has a massive ego and his staff can’t even do their job right, screw this place, screw Neil Singelton and his incompetent staff, you’re joke and an absolute shame to healthcare providers, they don’t give a damned about any patients, this place doesn’t care about you, good luck getting anything out of them, very unethical, unprofessional and poor workmanship displayed? A complaint will be made to the District healthcare and all legal matters would be handled accordingly.nnI will credit Mark Watson, you’ve been amazing to deal with, I appreciated your help and support, unfortunately Neil Singleton has given this place a bad name, I already know how to approach this moving forward, appreciate it
