I recently attended The Doctors Tauranga for my immigration medical examination and had a highly positive experience. From the outset, the staff were courteous, welcoming, and efficient, ensuring the entire process was smooth and well-organized.nI was referred to Dr Bhuwan Poudel, who has over 20 years of medical experience in New Zealand. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and approachability throughout the consultation. His clear communication and thorough explanations made the process comfortable and reassuring. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of care provided and would confidently recommend The Doctors Tauranga and Dr Poudel to anyone requiring medical services.
My son and I went to the Casual walk in clinic at Bayfair, was so happy a community services card was taken to assist even with unenrolled patients! We had a bit of a wait as expected with walk ins, but still much shorter than Accident and Healthcare. He was treated calmly and respectfully, being neurodiverse this is exceptionally important to prevent him locking up and not being able to convey information. Sorted in and out, perscriptions waiting and from the receptionist to the pharmacist we were very impressed. Have just enrolled with the Tauranga branch and look forward to great experiences here too. Liezel has been very patient and great with responses while we muddle through the website :

Have had a few problems with reception when calling up, wasn't going to leave a review but acc has put my payment on hold specifically due to what a receptionist has done. I called up to give a return to work plan to my gp, so that she could send through a med cert to acc, should've been an easy process. Ha. Never with this place. The receptionist refused to give my return to work plan to the gp, who was then relayed the wrong information, and sent through the wrong med cert to acc, which in-turn as resulted in me not getting paid by acc, and has caused both financial, and mental stress that I don't really need during recovery. Please, do better.
I saw doctor Barklie today and I am probably alive today due to his excellent care. Great doc with amazing knowledge. Keep doing the good work.
