Went to see the gp about a lump on my knee got told to go get an xray which I did. Was waiting to hear back about the results but nothing so called through myself to check up a week later only to be told now I have to go get an mri. Got told a referral was sent through, rang the radiology place and nothing. Just feels like this is piss poor service and they dont even follow up with patients, its like I have to sort everything myself. We pay $60 per visit just to be stuffed around. Everytime I ring can never get through to reception. End up waiting so long that I just hang up
Dr Saha is a poor excuse of a doctor. His lack of interest, dismissiveness and outright rudeness when you are trying to discuss things with him is appalling. I also agree with whoever commented that the reception staff seem like they are “one second away from yelling at you” for asking a simple question. Stay away from this place, worst medical centre I’ve ever been to. I only enrolled a few weeks ago but I’ll be finding somewhere else asap. Sort it out TDT - the reviews on here should be sending a clear message that you’re doing it wrong! I would give you zero stars but I can’t.

I’ve been a patient at this practice for 20 years. What was once a fairly decent medical centre has now descended to an absolute horror show. The receptionists are rude and unprofessional. The wait times are obscene, even if you have a a.m appointment. The prices are extortionate. The doctors are lazy and uninterested for the most part the final straw for me was an incident last year when I was very unwell and stressed. As patients typically are at medical centres the receptionist believed she was too precious to deal with a stressed patient. Unprofessional and pathetic. To top it off, when I called to complained. The manager who took my call was delusional and unapologetic. Here’s some advice; listen to your customers feedback and stop being in denial about your incompetent employees.
I have NEVER left a bad review in my life. I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment from one of the nurses over the phone this morning. I have had chronic ear problems for the past 5 months and received lab results through ManageMyHealth a week ago. I called this morning requesting for my GP to contact me regarding the results. The nurse LAUGHED AT ME like I was some sort of joke, and was just plain rude. I was absolutely shocked and had to hang up. This nurse should not be in this profession, especially when dealing with vulnerable people. And for management, the nurse who sounds older and was working at 9:23am on 12/10/23 needs a speaking to.
