The Colombo

The mall is a great place to visit in summer but in winter it is so cold.....I have stopped off for lunch twice over winter but not again until it warms up.nThe staff know it's cold and they know it affects their business.....but it's an issue that's not getting sorted.nJust having double doors at entrance way so the doors arnt open for so long would help.nI am sure I am not the only one who avoids eating there over the winter months.

Came here with the kids over the weekend. We had potsticker dumplings and spring rolls from the Vietnamese place. The service and quality of food were outstanding! However, I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the mall. Plates and rubbish were left all over empty tables - it was pretty unappealing. It looked like staff at the various food vendors were responsible for disposing of the rubbish, but were too busy during the lunch rush to clean it up. Maybe consider hiring cleaning staff to keep on top of the mess?

I visited Colombo Mall a few days ago and had an excellent time! The mall was clean, well-organized, and had a great variety of stores and dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming.nnDefinitely a top-notch shopping and entertainment destination—highly recommended! Will visit again soon.

Really lovely spot. But there was nowhere to put my poodle when I went and had my lunch so the poor poodle had to stay in the car. I cracked a window though so it was ok. It would be better if they relocated the entire mall up towards Beckenham ! Cause Sydenham is such a dirty area, I would much rather it be closer to the cleaner side of town. Oh well definately a step up from south city.
