Merivale Mall

Honestly one of the most uncomfortable malls I’ve ever been to. Every time I walk in, I feel like I’m being judged just for existing.nnStaff and even customers stare like I don’t belong just because I’m not dressed in expensive clothes or carrying a designer bag. No one greets you unless you look like you’re going to spend money.nnIt’s meant to be a public shopping centre, not a fashion show. Won’t be coming back

It's a lovely mall with a calm atmosphere. The staff at most of the shops are attentive and friendly. We love to be there!

boring, but good if you are into women’s high fashion. supermarket is nice, the book store is good. the upstairs seems to be completely desolate of any stores. probably not for families, although it is slightly quieter if that’s something you’re into.

Upmarket Mall with great coffee, bars, and eateries. Includes fashion stores and a supermarket.

Just knew this tiny but luxurious shopping mall. It's very easy to ignore when go through Papanui Road. A large car park at the backside, and a side door towards Aikmans Road. One of the very rare malls has shops upstairs in Christchurch. I can't find free wi-fi, but still like to sit inside for a break.
