Very average shops, sushi was not open or available for a lunch meal, fresh choice was tiny and very limited product range esp the bakery items. Other random shops in there that were of no use to me. Car park also quite busy.

Generally pretty busy so phone orders advised. Qualified. Really like their chunky chips.

Local-friendly, nice to see staffs chatting with regular customers with good vibe.

Nice little suburban shopping mall, which has sevaral food stores, ranging from subway. Sushi, Indian, Chinese, to fish and chips. Fresh choice  supermarket, hair and beauty,  pharmacy and second hand clothing newly opened.

Good ole Parklands Dolphins HQ got the local needs sorted here chemist, freshchoice, subway fish n chips n other takeaways. Book shop plus more.. bar n resturant and a public library. park n Soccer fields across the road with community hall etc.. go the Dolphins!
