Not far from beach. Near the bottle lake and reserves. Convenient stop for shopping and food. Fish chips, sushi, subway, Indian and Chinese restaurants are all good choices.

Easy parking,  good takeaway options,  great local supermarket

Heaps of parking everything you need from supermarket chemist resteraunts pub and liquor store!

Great supermarket. Some items more expensive than PaknSave but overall a lovely place to shop.

Good ole Parklands Dolphins HQ got the local needs sorted here chemist, freshchoice, subway fish n chips n other takeaways. Book shop plus more.. bar n resturant and a public library. park n Soccer fields across the road with community hall etc.. go the Dolphins!
