The Coffee Club

Such an awesome experience having a coffee in The Coffee Club. They have great playlist, WiFi and cozy ambiance. The service was exceptional, will definitely come back!Food: 5/5

Past visits have been good. On this occasion we had 4 people, they brought out the wrong food, we decided to just accept it, they didn’t have any cutlery so we had to go up and get it along with napkins. The poached eggs that came out in my egg Benedict were raw, after I asked for them to be replaced the “chef” asked if I want them hard boiled … just being cheeky I think I asked for them to be poached so they were not raw anymore, to their credit they came out with a meal replacement and the egg was cooked. The popcorn shrimp tacos didn’t have all the ingredients advertised cos lettuce, I will give it another try but won’t order the eggs Benedict as the bacon was a cheap cut and didn’t taste good.

Incredibly disappointing, overpriced and the food was well below average. The pancakes were dry and no effort put into the presentation. The kids pancake was missing the ice cream. For $25+ for the normal pancakes option it came with one pancake, 2 bits of bacon and a banana with very tiny amount of maple drizzled so it was dry and yuck. Neither meal was garnished or had any effort put into it. Worst brunch I’ve had in long time.

Nice Hot chocolate and Big breakfast. Super busy cafe, probably understaffed on public holiday 15% surcharge as the table's not cleaned properly and no tissues and cutlery.

Great for casual dining. But too many people, not enough seating. If you didn't have someone else with you to nab a table you'd have to get takeaway. Kept serving despite No free tables or tableservice today. Find your own cutlery and serviettes. Understanding it was busy, there were no free cleaned tables. 5 or so empty areas with guests each having to clean their own tables of previous leftover food and glasses as staff were busy, even as a casual cafe a clean and cleared table should be provided. We had finished our food before drinks arrived.

Not recommended at all, Went there in the morning was super hungry Placed an order, waited 15 minutes for food to come. The table were we sitting was dirty not clean. After 15 minutes the lady comes and say you have pay extra to change for changing the mayo slaw for a normal salad. We have been going to different coffee club from last 3-4 years We never paid for it, and all of a sudden you asking us to pay. Can be a bit more nice. Would have been easier. Really disappointed. Got refunded. Never going back there, not at all recommended

My partner and I went to coffee club new market for breakfast and ordered what we usually order southern friend chicken, changed mayoslaw to normal salad instead x2 and hot drinks. Payed everything and waited for about 15 minutes then an indian lady came to our table asking to pay for extra cost of changing to normal salad. Ive told her i have been their customer and other branches as well for years and years. I’ve ordered same food but i never had to pay any extra cost. The lady spoke to the asian chick chef and told her that they have not been doing that at all? And always asked for extra cost for some changes. Not only did they wasted 15 minutes of our time, we were also very hungry and our table wast not even clean but they also trying to say that im a liar?? Very unprofessional. Why would i pay extra for something i have been getting for free???? very unsatisfied customer.

This Coffee Club branch is quite nice as it's relatively new. Food here was good and so was the coffee. Pretty much follows the same order as every other branch of these stores. This one was nice albeit a bit busy being in the mall.

I've only tried the coffee and I do like it, staff are nice too. Only thing is they've just increased their coffee prices again.

Worst scrambled eggs I have ever had. Must have been made with 1x size 5 egg and were gone in two mouthfuls. Dry and tasteless.
