Texas Chicken Henderson

As a regular customer of Texas Chicken for two years, I have consistently had a positive experience. However, on May 7th, I encountered a severe issue with two separate orders: #192 and #195.nnOrder #192 consisted of 6 pieces of mixed chicken, which were all spicy. I ordered one Mexicana wrap , but it was served with the regular version. I requested two Tex-Wraps without onions, but they were served with onions. The wraps, which were supposed to contain two pieces of tenders, only had one and a half, as if they had been torn by hand and split in half. The Cheesy Loaded was missing gravy. Additionally, the wraps were poorly wrapped.nnI was deeply disappointed with the service and felt sorry for Texas Chicken. When I contacted the on-duty manager, named amanDeep she seemed to view the refund as the only solution, as it took her a second to offer one without even understanding the problem. This situation is concerning for the future of Texas Chicken.

Love everything i ate here .nThere chicken is very crispy and when i say spicy!! I mean it ...Wahooo it's dam HOT spicy!! nAlso talk about running to use their bathroom grrr ran out of toilet paper instantly...but nevermind I always take extra in my handbag ...you can call me smart..oh thank you!nYes guys ...come and try these delicious and excellent customer service! Yesterday in morning we visited Texas chicken for the first time and got served by an Asian lady Aman. She guided us through the online exclusive deals. Because of her help, we got our meal cheaper and crispy. It was amazing place to get your favorite food and favorite flavour cheaper. Excited to visited to mother day.nThank you guys

I visited the Lincoln Road branch again after a long time and found the same warm, welcoming and energetic staff. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Sarah for making my second visit more comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and highly recommend this establishment.

I bought the fried chicken combo for lunch today, and unfortunately both my colleague and I experienced stomach issues shortly after eating it. We both had diarrhea multiple times afterward.nThe food seemed fine at first, but this experience was very concerning and uncomfortable. I hope you can look into the food quality and hygiene standards to prevent this from happening to other customers.nVery disappointed with today’s experience.
