Amazing buffet offer for their anniversary brunch and dinner! The ala carte menu also has great options, and the food was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for one of the best Indian vegetarian restaurants in Auckland. Great taste, good variety, and excellent service!

I have been to Novelty Sweets & Restaurants Henderson multiple times and can't wait to go back.nnMy go-to order for 2 people is the Grand Chaat Platter and the Masterpiece Novelty Thali. I love the variety of dishes and there is always enough to take home leftovers. The food is fresh, packed with flavour, and delicious.nnI want to take my non-vegetarian friends - everything tastes so good, they will definitely be wanting to go back again!nnThere is a wide selection of sweets available in the cabinet - the Masterpiece Novelty Thali comes with one sweet so it is great if you want a little taster.nnMy only suggestions for improvement would be: 1 to swap the single-use paper cups for reusable cups to reduce waste; and 2 to clear tables more quickly after customers have left.

Had a great experience at Novelty! We tried the Amritsari Kulcha and Masala Dosa, and both were delicious. The kulcha was crispy, flavorful, and served with tasty chole and chutney. The masala dosa was perfectly cooked with a well-seasoned potato filling and fresh sambar. The food tasted authentic and freshly made. Friendly service and good portion sizes too. Definitely worth visiting if you’re craving Indian food!

We had a wonderful meal here with my wife. We ordered chole bhature and aloo tikki with chana, and everything was absolutely delicious. The chole were perfectly spiced, the bhature were fresh and fluffy, and the aloo tikki was crispy and flavorful. Abhishek’s service was very good—polite, attentive, and friendly. The food tasted authentic and freshly made. We’ll definitely be coming back!
