Terrible price $4.50 for a paper bag. It doesn’t show out the price when the sales scanned it, then she told me will charge $4.50. Also she was not nice when I ask any questions. Bad experience and will never come back again.

I love it. I'm vegan. They have only plant based milk and all drinks are gluten free. What an amazing tea shop. I'll definitely continue shopping from them.

Always a great place to stop in and get bubble tea. Sticks to the basics for a good price and has good flavours

Best place to go get iced tea only second to Teasme church corner. Lovely selection of green and black teas, however not always the most knowledgeable staff. Went in looking for my partner's favourite green tea Jade Butterfly a few months back and was promptly told it didn't exist...funny to see it on the shelves again today. So go for the tea selection and delicious iced tea, but don't expect knowledgeable input from staff.

Love this place, I've been coming here for years. My fave is the Taro with bubbles!

Am currently in store. The sign said be back in 3-5 minutes. Two other women were waiting with me. The one server did not come back from break for 20 minutes. She then proceeded to prepare all her online orders in a rush before even greeting us. It was 35 minutes BEFORE my order was even taken. It has now been 40 minutes and I am regretting my order. Great product, horrific service.

Clean tidy shop. Products are well placed. There is usually a tea brewed to sample. There are both tea's and tea making paraphernalia; pots, cups, whisks, infusers, thermos and more with a great selection of both hot and cold bubble tea's. Staff are knowledgeable about the products and can recommend some great tea's. We're regulars and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.
