Always friendly staff working, who encourage you to try samples and buy the small samples to try as many flavours as possible. The sample sized packs are a good three or four servings so well worth the money! I've purchased many sample packs as gifts over the years to find the perfect flavours and I still haven't tried them all! Their tea ball infusers work really well and I love the new tea ball infusers on a stick... They work fantasticly. I also visit the Petone warehouse to collect web orders sometimes too. Also love the range of tea pots and other accessories in store too. A vibrant fun store. Street parking nearby.

Always friendly prompt service and a wonderful range of teas. I have a slight addiction to Iron Goddess of Mercy and not just because of the name! Love their witty sign out the front. Fanteastic.

Tried this store out for the first time on behalf of my wife huge tea junkie, today! Fantastic store with a massive selection of teas available... the girl behind the counter is an absolute credit to the company and a shining example of what customer service should be! She was patient, cheerful and friendly, informative, helpful and demonstrated the highest level of professionalism at all times! And as for the store itself ... if you enjoy tea on any level, I can assure you, a visit to this store is a must! The selection is too vast and varied to mention, suffice it to say, they will almost certainly have something for you ...!!!

So happy with my purchase, and the service I received was amazing, the lovely lady took the time out of her day to describe to me a few different teas, and also allowed me to taste one the one I ended up buying. Will definitely be back!!

The best Earl grey tea - blue flower and a rewards programme. Shame the rewards don't work for online sales for those of us who only get to Wellington rarely though. Fantastic helpful staff who are friendly, knowledgeable and relaxed. Definitely recommend for the tea connoisseur!

Very friendly staff and an extensive range of delicious tea. The Choco Chili is my favourite, it's so good One of the best places in Wellington for teas. Highly recommended.
