Subway Kingsland

I am a big fan of Subway, but this store has ruined it all with the sub size. The bread is very small compared to other stores, you can barely see the toppings and I had to ask to put more spinach leaves and capsicum chops. Same with sauces - they literally put few drops as compared to other stores. Will never buy from here. Just to be fair - the staff was nice, plenty of space to sit.

I was having a really rough day and went in for my favourite cookies and she gave me the wrong flavours. My other cookie was broken. I only realised when I was on my 30 minute drive home. Upset…Food: 3/5

Your normal Subway branch. However the hygiene was a bit concerning. Can you spot the fly on the cookie? They don’t have Sub of the Day which was a shame.

I want to share compliment about will . Exceptional customer service and he was always make very nice sub and very polite . I never go to kingsland store as got very worse service from Indian lady as she was very rude with me . But first day I went to that subway as all subway were closed and will made subway for me and I really liked it since then its been 2 month I always go to that subway. Will is very passionate about his work . Always smiling .keep up great work will !

Good customer service. However, the place was a sauna late in the afternoon. Uncomfortable to dine-in.

Had a new panini sandwich and the pictures are so misleading, making it seem like normal 6 or 12 inch subs, the cost as well. But it turns out it's a tiny like sandwich, completely misrepresented. See for yourself how it's advertised as if it's a normal sub just on different type of bread.

Not the best. Sandwhich was rushed and barely any toppings. Like it’s a veggie sandwich and barely has 2 pieces of capsicum. Also cookies are hard and overdone.

Didn’t even cook the meat and bacon separately just put in in the bread while it was being toasted bacon wasn’t even cooked yet the worker saw no issue with it. Pretty unacceptable that raw meat is considered okay by these guys.

The second time I've been here and been served by a lovely young guy who told me he's studying software. I was suprised by his attitude as he had genuinely good chat and made a wonderful veggie patty sandwich! Most subway employees I've had in the past over Auckland are miserable and don't want to be there, and who can blame them I can't imagine it being that glamorous. This young man really stood out and made my experience wonderful. I hope this subway franchise values this employee!
