We ended up ordering takeaway, but these were some of the best croissants we’ve ever had. The flat white and hot chocolate paired perfectly with them and the view of Auckland from Mount Eden! Would love to come back next time I’m in the city.Recommended dishesPan Au Chocolat, Almond Croissant

UNBELIEVABLE. The plain croissant here is just out of this world. I want to buy a box of it and just have it for lunch and dinner. It’s fluffy on the inside, crunchy on the outside. Maybe it was a stroke of luck that I had mine when it just came out of the oven but whatever it is…. I’m definitely coming back here for more. They have other great dishes on the menu too. If you’re going for a meat dish, try the Reuben!

The best scrambled eggs of my life I had the breakfast crossaint and a really decent coffee. Loved the hot sauce made in house, which you can by bottles of. The whole time we were here, loads of people visited for takeaway coffee and baked goods so clearly a popular place with locals!Food: 5/5

Stroll across the rainbow colored crossing onto the sunny side of K-Road and you will find one of Aucklands top of the line cafes. The organic & fair trade coffee is always on point but the bacon and eggs on their house made sour dough really is top notch. Bread and croissants are delicious. Kumara sourdough was super soft and custardy on the inside. Seeded Rye loaf also amazing probably my favourite bread here. Croissants were crispy and flakey with defined layers. Cinnamon cruffin crunchy and full of cinnamon! Heat up the pain au chocolat in the oven - tastes way better this way with the chocolate melted

Great croissant and flat white! All the servers were fun and hospitable EXPECT one who ruined the whole experience. I was early for a meeting but asked for a seat of two my mistake. Then this server came to me and explained the rules of how long I could stay at a table. Okay, I got the rules. But then she said something like “we are not a buffet for you” in a condescending way that I couldn’t not but felt targeted and discriminated at least treated with disrespect. I don’t want to assume anything but the ways I which I was talked against made me wonder if she would ever speak like that to a white and elder customer. Indeed, no. So if you want to experience micro-aggression though great food and coffee, come here and sit for more than an hour.
