Stonefields Public House

Great spot. I met friends for dinner and drinks. The chicken burger was delicious! Apple cider was nice. Wine list was a bit disappointing but I guess to be expected for a pub. I would have liked some more interesting options. Looks similar to other wine lists I've seen while here in Auckland.nNice vibe. Service was excellent.

I had the privellage of being able to host my 21st Birthday here. I can only say nothing but great things, all the staff were amazing from start to end. I loved how quick and easy it was to organise with rhe help of Enya and Nadia. All the staff were all kind and patient and all had a good sense of humour. I had a party of 100 people and they were able to accomdate all of us in the Terrace space. The food was amazing that all of it was gone by the end of the night, we were so worried we had pre ordered too much but in fact everyone loved it so much we definitely shouldve ordered more. I would definitley recommed if you have a function coming up to book with Stonefields Public House. They made my birthday so easy and helped me have the best birthday I couldve asked for.

The service here is great, even though the food was a bit hit-or-miss. We ordered the beef rump medium, but it arrived overcooked. However, the staff were very friendly and immediately offered to replace it. Unfortunately, the miso chicken was quite dry as well.

Service was so bad that our party of six all noticed that the staff were slamming plates down and heavy handedly collecting the cutlery. The lettuce wrapped chicken burger I got was a little depressing. The vibe was decent for a Wednesday evening, and there are really good daily specials, but this was a pretty mediocre experience between the food and the service.
