Not be crowded like other branches of this brand. Friendly staff but time of making beverage was taking a bit long.
I often stop here when I'm in town - the drinks always taste like they're made with love and the service is always friendly and polite. Love this Starbucks. But, a note to the owners/manager that during tourist season on a weekend, having only two staff on isn't enough. You're putting your staff in an awkward position having to warn guests on long wait times and it sets them up for a stress filled day with possible unhappy customers. It was a long wait today, I hope you can hire more staff or have more than two people on at once.
A lot of people go in for takeaway coffees etc but I stayed indoors and the wait time was a bit long but understandable. Tried the new caramel frappe they have and a panni. Fast service and polite.Food: 5/5

Amazing service from staff, they were welcoming and efficient. The girls working today were lovely and apologised for making us wait due to the machine being a little slow, we had no problem waiting at all! We make a point to stop in here as we pass through because we don't have one in Palmy so starbucks is always a treat. First time trying the pink drink and it lives up to the hype. The iced chocolates are also very good.
Im from auckland and just visited in rotorua for a weekend and I actually order true my starbucks app and I accidentally ordered tru newmarket store, but I tried to call newmarket store but there’s no one’s answering. So I asked one of the staff in rotorua to help me and Name Jorge is very helpful and very nice and help me and made my day and thats why i always loved starbucks all the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Well done Rotorua Starbucks!
Drinks and service fine but toilet needs proper cleaning. Smells and filthy around tape fitting, dirty walls etc. Hygiene care especially with COVID etc
The girls were really fast and it didn't affect the quality. Still my FAVE Coffee shop ever!Food: 5/5
Was really looking forward to the Starbucks experience, was a bit of a let down. Coffee was good but food was pricy and not that great. Roadworks were being done around the store so not much of a view unfortunately. I will say the staff were very pleasant.
Great coffee, consistent with other Starbucks that I have been to. The cafe is spacious with good customer service. I recommend the caramel macchiato.
