Relish Cafe

We went in looking for a quick and delicious breakfast before a big day of sight-seeing and that is just what we got. The service was super quick and really friendly. Felt really welcome when we first came in. Really enjoyed the corn fritters and coffee was a winner.

I bought the corn fritters for $19. They were better described as doughey bread with a few corn kernals. I didn't eat them and no remedy or discount was offered after the waitress asked me how the food was. Coffee was good but that's about it.

The best eggs bene I have had. It looked like a work of art and tasted even better! 10 out of 10. And... great, friendly service and wonderful coffee.

We turned up with 4 hungry children to have pizzas for lunch. The service was very slow and we waited 45 minutes, even though the cafe wasn't full. When the pizzas came, one was the wrong order and they had to go and make the one we ordered. Not only didn't we get to have the incorrect pizza while we waited, it took a further 25 minutes to make the right one. No apology was given at all even though they acknowledged they made a mistake! The pizzas themselves were average and the bases "bready". Very disappointed. I wish the staff had handled this with a little kindness and then I wouldn't have written this review.

Awesome staff who actually listen to what you want coffee wise and actually bring you what you order!!. Awesome chef. Great fare. Fantastic coffee. 5 stars.

Good flavour and presentation. Loved mini bene and berry tart. Yummy. Pretty good coffee too!
