Starbucks

The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a sign out front that says you have to order and pay through an app., but I was still able to just go inside, order, and pay, otherwise I would have walked away. The cinnamon bun was quite nice. I love that there is indoor and outdoor seating

This is a small yet clean and cozy Cafe situated across from Mission Bay Beach.Loved the service and the lady that made me and my daughters Frappuccino was friendly and polite.Big thumbs up all round!Food: 5/5

Ive been going to this Starbucks for years. I don't know what they have done recently but the coffees are not coffees anymore. Its more like weird flavoured warm milk. A chemical and flavorless milk drink. They take too long to make and are overpriced. I noticed it's getting quieter and quieter there now. That's very telling.

We came in to get a couple of flatwhites on Sunday the 18th at 5.20pm . The staff member who took our order was polite. but it took a twenty minute wait for them to arrive which was disappointing . The restaurant itself was clean and tidy and relatively busy . Two staff members were on duty which was insufficent

This was the worst Starbucks I’ve been too. I’m a local customer and I sat there for 20 minutes before I finally spoke up about my drink not being ready even when the app said it was. Turns out they didn’t make it for me because I couldn’t prove that it was my birthday month. Not only did I not get the drink the customer service was horrible and spoke to me with a rude and sassy tone. Not even letting me know about this and just let me sit and wait until I said something. I left without a drink and an unpleasant experience with a rude employee.

Good view, expensive coffee. Paid $6.40 for the smallest size oat milk latte.

The toilet was a disgrace. The washbasin had not been cleaned in months. Filthy wall down the side of the basin. If I had been there before ordering I would not have ordered. Standards need to be improved.

Worst Starbucks ever. Specifically did not select “whipped cream” as an option yet they proceeded to add this. There was no one in line in front of me but they took 10 minutes to redo this order and didn’t even end up creating a new one, just gave me a melted caramel Frappuccino. Pathetic, do better to those paying $7 for this rip off.

This is a small yet clean and cosy cafe situated across the Mission Bay Beach. Because it stays open late I have the option of coming here later in the day to grab a coffee or cold drink without the pressure of having to leave because they're closing up. The tables are uaually always clear and clean, the cabinet stocked with the Starbucks' staples. My fave part? They have a basket of free grinds to take home, a basket for clean used coffee cups I'm assuming it's for recycling, and a corkboard for the community.

Staff are very rude and need training.on ordering a steak pie we were served a cold pie saying that owen had been closed, 40 minutes before store closure time. We had also 4 coffees for dine in and we were not provided with a tray to carry to the table. Both the staff members are either tained or inherently rude.
