This cafe beat all my expectations with the delicious food, amazing service, exceptional coffee and homely feel. Felt like a neighbourhood cafe where everyone knows everyone and looks after each other. While I ate in, there were so many options for take out and sooo many treats that did not disappoint. No complaints about dining in this cafe.

Orakei's hidden gem, if you know Sabine's homemade special recipes, you know - and you will never go past them. From delectable pies and pastries to salads and takeout dinners. A family business that serves the community with so much love through the toughest of times.

Great local vibe here. Josh and Sabine know all the regulars by name. Cheese and date scones are delicious, and their chocolate brownies are to die for. Something for everyone on the menu or in the cabinet, and also takeaway diner options. What more can you ask for. I'd highly recommend if you're in the area.

Excellent and fresh dishes served up by friendly locals in a casual and cozy place. We had a very yummy quiche, a fresh slaw salad, and a smooth yogurt/granola cup. All were quite tasty, and the prices were quite reasonable.

Was a good coffee. Was here for a meeting. Shop itself was smallish. 3 indoor tables then another 3 outside on the footpath. Food look good. Service was good and looks to be popular with the locals so cant be bad.
