Popped in for coffee. A very tired Starbucks. Staff friendly and helpful. However the place needs a good clean / refurbish. On walking in. The place smelt of stale milk and not coffee! Entry seats were dirt with rubbish around then and this made it look run down. Conservatory was unswept, cold and uninviting. Coffee ok. Nothing special.
Never again, this was the second time I went here and order all VENTI the largest cups of coffee one with cream, one with no cream and one flat white. These people literally did not fill my cup to the top there is like 6 inches of coffee missing!!! I compared the one with cream with the one without and the gap is the same! I order a VENTI NOT A GRANDE this is not fair nor is this the right thing! More over since masks are no longer mandatory the staff had the audacity to bad talk about why I’m wearing a mask right in front of me! How rude. Such a degrading service for a big chain company. I would love to post the photos but it’s not lettting me when I figure it out I’ll definitely post it this needs to be exposed! Iedit: photos are up more importantly the smaller cups are full to the brim, the fact that the venti are $8.20 and are only as look as a cheaper smaller cup it ridiculous! The Flat white is full to the brim that’s how it is supposed to be! The white mocha should have been too since it does not come with cream! Only realised when I got home, had no reason to doubt before can’t go back since I have work! This is not acceptable and should be dealt with. Don’t rip customers off!
Good coffee 15% surcharge today on Anzac Day. I really hate you change to paper straws.. you cannot get any drinks out of it!
Honestly, I have never felt so invisible in my life. The girl that was trying to catch up could have acknowledged me but didn't for about 6 minutes. I timed it. My heart was racing. All I wanted was an acknowledgment, and I could see she was busy. The problem was there was no one else in the line. Maybe if there was, she might have said hello. Sorry, won't be a moment.... but instead, I am now writing this review. I hope she got the hint when I said a hello would have been nice.
Don't usually do this but just had to because of how great the service was from a staff member called Cedric I think. Visited this store on the easter long weekend and he was extremely polite, welcoming and friendly to everyone he served! Real asset to this place. Some people are just genuinely good people and you can tell he is one of them, made my experience so good that I just had to write a lil review.
The website says you close at 6, approached to see a ‘closes 5’ sign in the door today. Entered at 4:49 and was told they were shut because they had a ten minute line. There were two/three people waiting, we usually get our drinks in under 5 minutes when it’s that busy. Maybe adjust times on your website if you plan to close early so people don’t check and make the trip. Or alternatively put a closed sign up when you decide not to continue taking orders.
Had the most polite young fella serve me, was refreshing to see someone clearly enjoying their job. Coffee was outstanding as wellFood: 5/5
Dec2019: Recently renovated. Good open style offering both indoor and outdoor seating. Very handy location being at the entrance to the mall. Also very close to motorway. Being a regular customer, I noticed in my recent resist there has been continuous staff turn over. Perhaps this is a results of new management? Also there is this tall male staff, he never smiles to customers, and look at you in a blank way. Impossible to have conversations with. Reduced current rating to 3 stars due to staff turn over and unfriendly individual staff mentioned above. he is featured in one of the photos below in red T shirt Aug2019: rated 5 stars then Awesome Team and services, they will remember you by name. Services such as this one is hard to come by nowadays. Great place and very easy parking.
This place seriously needs a curtain. It may be for the sake of facilitating good rotation of customers, though the lack of curtain in the table area is severely degrading the experience here.Food: 5/5
Had the most amazing experience a couple days ago, It was actually 5 minutes till closing and I had the most lovely lady named Jessi serve me. She was so kind, happy and made my coffee so fast! A big thank you too her she made my day.
