Horrible service, I ordered a cake for my Dad's birthday 5 days in advance, they emailed me a confirmation letter and even got an email the next day from Henderson store recommending I come in between 9-4 to pick up as opposed to my pick up of 4.30, I went at 12 pm to pick up after 15 minutes of waiting they just gave me a simple we didn't make the cake, it wasn't processed, even though I received 2 emails on different days with their confirmation. Just plain Horrible

Today me and my family went in to order a 1st birthday cake. Eve has delicious cakes and all. It is our go to for desserts. But today's experience was just so bad. Don't get me wrong I'm Polynesian myself but can't believe how impolite this woman was. A Polynesian woman who works at eve was really rude. We asked about cake sizes not giving a care about prices. But the nerve she had to speak to us about how expensive their cakes are and we needed to look into their cheapest option. I cannot stand people who discriminate. Hopefully no one who visits Eve on Lincoln rd is treated this way.

I took one step in to the store. This staff member rushed from the back of the store and said "are you in the right store?" I said "am I not allowed to be here?" She said " Oh nah it's just they way you were looking around." I said " well if you want me to leave then I leave." My intention was to spend big dollars on a birthday but nah I'll go somewhere else that has better customer service. Just don't judge me before you know me.

Went into the Henderson store today, older lady staff member giving the younger staff member grief, talking to her really nasty. telling her how bad she was. A sure way to make her feel really bad. And not nice to do it in front of customers.

Very bad experience,cake was stiff and yuk, We paid 120$ for the birthday cake which was just not eatable, When we complained to the manager,We been told,we could get 10$ gift card to spend in the shop, Like we ever gone go back ever again

They have really good orange almond cup cakes.Handy if you don't want whole cake.

The Lincoln Road branch of Eves Pantry closed for good on Friday 12th April 2019.

They forgot to being out our food - had to remind them and when it did turn up it was that great

My American friends just loved the sweets and the quality of the food and service.

Very poor service and rude staff !!! Will not come back ever
