Ranui Bakery

This bakery has been going a long time. I have always had good food here. Possibly the best ginger crunch around. Not too sweet and nice base. Good pies and cream doughnuts. Lamingtons are also great here.

Open when most others were closed, limited range but it was a quiet day. There is public bench seating outside. But they don't do coffee.

Substitute items for completely different items on doordash. Impossible to get refund.

Tried their smoked fish and chicken pie. It was awful sadly as it seemed reheated. Will not be returning.

Well priced excellent food

Friendly service, affordable prices on most items and clean premises. The Ham Bun was nice, fresh & tasty but the chocolate donut had a couple of long black hairs in the icing.

Love potato top pies and donuts

Still the best steak and pepper , pink buns are glorious, all around great. And fantastically friendly people

Steak & cheese pie was hard, stale and felt like it was reheated again. Mince & cheese pies weren't great either. Sad review - but I won't be returning.

Unusually they make all their own food including bread, pies, cakes and filled rolls. If you like bakery items then this is a place to try.
