Incredibly helpful team of ladies who assisted me with frames and lenses that would suit my needs. Great to be able to talk to one staff member who had progressive lenses herself about how she found them and tips on how to get used to them when wearing them. Had them fitted so well I forget I'm wearing them. Easy, and enjoyable experience.
Fabulous service from Ella. My glasses from another Specsavers needed fixing and tightening whilst I was on holiday in Kerikeri. Ella fixed them for me in 5 minutes and was so pleasant and helpful I had to write a review. Highly recommend.
Totally disappointed after a good experience. I have called 4 times since last Thursday and am still waiting on some form of responsenTo me this is shameless in today’s day and age may be the norm but shocking is my take on customer focus!!!
i like your new premises !what a helpful team of experts i recommend specsavers for their care of customers and wide range of brands advice given time taken the staff member who stood out for me had an accent he was very helpful even when i returned for fitting i’m very satisfied thanks for making the job much less challenging i appreciate you guys and will pass on the praise!!
Was so happy with the outcome of having an eyetest. The customer service was very good all the way through my consultation, seeing four people on my appointment. Excellent, friendly staff.
