I was booked in for a hernia scan. Currently 37 weeks pregnant drove for 1.5h and arrived early and haven't seen the receptionist even try to help us with the referral from the GP. I notify the receptionist that I was verbally confirmed that my GP have emailed the referral and she still cancel the appointment. They did not care if I was pregnant and drove there for long. In my opinion, they could do the scan and allow additional 40 min to receive the referral or contact them directly instead of just cancelling the scan and telling us it was not their fault. I am sad that they did not care about my pregnancy at all.nAdditional note. When I booked this appointment, I was told it will cost $100.00 and when I got there was told it will be $272 which did not make sense with the cost difference.nI really hope my hernia issue does not cause any complications during my labor. Thanks to your understanding of my state, I would not know and I will be risking my pregnancy and having an anxiety for the next few weeks. If I have another hernia issue, I will need to drive to Whangarei instead because I cannot trust you again to be checked and losing another day of work.
Honestly obvious no staff, waiting time for the phone to be answered is over the top 3 times 20 mins then on the 3rd they cut you off. Very nice once inside but oh my just to get an appointment then you have to wait 2 weeks private insurance as well!nnUpdate just got through after 30 mins on hold MRI week ago still no results this is life threating unbelievable!
