Really disappointed with service experience after a couple of visits. I’m in Auckland to visit family over the holidays and my teenage son wanted to join a local gym whilst we’re here. I phoned Steve from Sydney at beginning of December and he said we could have a monthly membership. My son was super excited. Checked website for staffed hours and closures over Christmas. Rocked up on Boxing Day - people using the gym and spoke to Steve. He told me it was closed and I would have to come back 2 days later when it was staffed. He remembered speaking to me but I guess even when you’re the owner rules are rules. Turned up 2 days later and was told by a member at the locked door that staff member wouldn’t come and talk to me because staffed hours finish at 2pm. Even though website says 9pm. Wow if only I’d turned up 45mins earlier or once again how lovely would it have been to have a wow customer service moment when someone actually comes to talk to you. I’m only in the country 2 weeks and really disappointed as is my 14 year old. It’s not the Kiwi way I remember.

Being my first time going to a gym was a bit nervous at first but Steve the owner and the trainers there are always there to help and really supportive, also the people who come to the gym are really kind hearted as well. Overall would recommend to anyone

Definitely recommend! I’ve been training there for 6 months and I have been given so much support. The staff is supportive and helpful and I would recommend Josh as PT!

Sadly, I had to stop my membership due to injury. Will be back though. Awesome Gym, friendly people, easy parking, great equipment. Thoroughly recommend

Beware when cancelling your membership, you will see other reviews about that they are repeat offenders! All communication stops on their end and your emails get ignored. Of course money keeps getting deducted and they cannot be bothered to rectify!! Buyer beware. I will be taking this to the Disputes authorities One of the other reviews below Adam Elder 7 reviews a year ago Critical: Communication, Professionalism No issues with this gym until trying to cancel where the communication completely stops. A false charge has not been refunded over a week later, no cancellation form has been sent from management nearly 2 days after going into the club and having multiple phone calls. Completely unacceptable there has been no communication at all, this situation is still unresolved and will be taken further unless resolved.

Great gym, super friendly staff nice people. never felt more comfortable in a gym. Equipment and machinery in top working condition. wide variety too. everything here to cover your typical gym needs. at a good price as well

Amazing place signed up 2 weeks ago going really well i can get on all the equipment and i did an consultant with one of the personal training called Nathan, just recently, he one of the new trainers Snap fitness has hired, he's really polite and makes you work for your money, he is coaching me through my triathlon in 2020 as he's did a few him self. highly recommend him he only has a few spots left so i was lucky to get in. just showing how free it is around 7am

Visit once the owner of the gym is very nice and humble but the lady instructor sounds very unprofessional and rude. False advertising/ unclear advertising they always advertise that 2 week’s trial is free but thats not true before trial they ask you to put all your banking details so if you don’t even like the gym still you have to pay:
