Vibra-Train

I have only had one session so far but was very surprised to find how helpful and friendly the staff are. I had the assistance of a highly trained staff member through every routine and he made sure my posture was correct for the duration of each exercise. Although the different postures were a little challenging I did not find it difficult and rather enjoyed the experience. Given the extensive benefits Vibratrain can apparently deliver I will definitely make it a key part of my fitness regime.

Went to Vibra train today for the first time with my daughter and it was so good! Got all the blood circulation in her feet going - such good exercise & they open 7 days a week & Lloyd the owner is so helpful! Thank you for a great experience & see you soon Victoria st west Vibra train

Went to Victoria St West Vibra train with Lloyd - so amazing for blood circulation, health, weight loss and for people of all ages & abilities -highly recommended

Rude angry nasty man/owner abused me for not getting pose right on visit 2. If you're used to trainers with manners and class dont go to Victoria street. Wont be using my remaining 8 sessions. Toxic.!

Good workout and great staff the air-conditioning doesn't work that well though and no parking.
