What a lovely quaint mall! Beautiful selection of gifts, art, flowers, books and a few good telephone and retail stores too. Very clean, nice mall security.nnI visited recently and went in to One NZ and received beautiful service from Jamie who was so patient and kind. This store is now my local.nnI found the lady at Michael hill lovely to deal with sorry I didn’t get her name, but I think she was the manager? and then went to EB games where the gentleman there was super Knowledgeable and helpful, despite being the only worker on at 10am.nnGrabbed a coffee at Sierra which was delicious and then browsed at whitcoulls after which was also so clean and full of great stock!nnPerfect mall with so many fantastic shops with great customer service.

This mall is so quiet, needs something to draw people in, farmers us great but because they have two entrances in car park you don’t necessarily have to come into rest if mall. Where the empty coffee shop us near stairs would be perfect for a subway, has been empty much to long. We need something!!!!!!!!

Entirely wasted potential. The mall itself is a beautiful building inside, however the shops are just lacking appeal. The only shop that appeals is Farmers, and you can enter Farmers without going into the mall anyway. A food court with better variety would be nice eg. the classic Shamiana that you find in most malls. Most times, apart from holiday periods, this mall seems like a ghost-town.

Very beautiful mall and definitely go back after lock down , Such nice coffee and The delicious sushi . I am always enjoying my coffee there before start my work.
