Exhilarating and fun even for scaredy-cats. I thought it was gonna be terrifying, but that would be the wrong word because you really trust the drivers. They are well trained and have done it 1 million times. It was really fun and the sites were absolutely beautiful. You do lots of maneuvers and get some good information about the area. We went in spring when you would need a jacket anyways, and it wasn’t as cold as we thought it was gonna be. We were glad we didn’t buy full on coats and gloves.the video they took was fun.
pure, unadulterated adrenaline! The boat is like a caged tiger, and the driver is its fearless tamer. The way it zips and zooms through the canyons is mind-boggling. Those 360 spins? Forget about it! I felt like I was in a high-speed rollercoaster on water. The scenery is breathtaking, but be warned: the icy river water will test your bravery. Dress in layers, especially if you're visiting during the colder months. This is definitely a must-do for thrill-seekers and anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.
So much fun!!! I couldn’t stop smiling and laughing the whole time! I did it 15 years ago with my family but didn’t remember much besides pictures. Just went back and did it with my mom and we had the best time!! I would recommend this to anyone visiting New Zealand! It’s a must! We had Rob as our driver and he was such a nice guy, felt totally safe with him, and he was super knowledgeable about the area, giving us some neat facts! Will 1000% be coming back and doing this again! Also, we bought the video and picture package which was so worth it.
Fantastic experience, staff were all super friendly and took care of us. The ride was amazing, so much fun and great location going down the gorge. Thank you
