We had a good time and the experience was good. Recommend buying discounted tickets from bookme or similar as this included entry and cocktail. Cocktails were small. Bookings are essential as a few people were turned away without bookings.
The staff was nice & made me feel comfortable. Drinks were $20 inside when online they are listed at $15. I had one drink Arctic Sunrise and left. I understand raising the price, I just wish the website would reflect this as I was caught off guard when I got there. I scheduled a 5pm time slot for a dollar on book me. I was only inside the bar for about 15 minutes. It was cold and there really wasn’t a lot of room to move around or much to do. I was annoyed that the jackets they gave us didn’t have pockets. This made it tricky for me to take photos as I had to unzip the minus 5 jacket and get my phone out of the jacket I wore. I would recommend going if you are able to find a discount online. The sculptures are impressive. If you are looking to take children, 5pm was good a family friendly time.
Loved the place. Great music great cocktails friendly happy hosts. $45 each for an hour and 2 cocktails.which the drinking vessels are even made of ice which you get to smash in the ice bin bucket at the end. At minus 5 degrees we managed to last the hour. But you do need to keep moving around. Some others left after only about 20 mins. We were the last 2 to leave. Would definitely go again great fun and a reasonable price. If in Queenstown must be on your to do list. Lovely ice sculptures inside as well.
Pretty underwhelming. The size of the group they take in with the amount of seats is limited. Staff were very friendly, but inattentive. Had to ask for a jacket before going in, my jacket was broken and help to zip it which failed multiple times but no replacement offered. Promotional photos make it look quite spacious, which it certainly isn't, quite small really. Out of all the Ice Bars in Queenstown, I wouldn't recommend this one.
Place was really warm nah.... its the only place where you can smash your ice glass and you wont get kicked out for it. Sculptures were amazing, cocktails are okay, wildfire is probably the best. Id give this place a 9/10
