Always a great experience every time we visit! we had the winter 3 course meal, excellent food and friendly service as usual.nnIf I had to be picky, the place could really use a better extraction system. The smell of oil and smoke hangs in the air and we still smelled like it after we left.
Visited here on my son’s birthday and had excellent time. The view across the harbour bridge was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We liked the entrees as much as the main courses. Received a surprise birthday plate. The service was outstanding, with a very friendly senior staff.
I chose come to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with my husband. This night was very memorable for me. The owner of the restaurant made me feel like I was at home.We chose to taste lobster and lamb. I loved the salmon dim sum the most. The atmosphere and the delicious food of the restaurant made me feel very comfortable
I'm increasingly finding that restaurants in NZ are exceptional in service and food. All without tipping unless u want to get a great product. Sails is no exception. Everything was served and presented to a great standard. This is a place which is hard to get into.Make sure u book
Best elegant seafood restaurant for their special Grilled Crayfish wirh 2 types of cooking with sauces. It complemented with a glass of Te Mata Chardonay which was excellent. Lovely place overlooking the bridge and yachts, beautiful place for lunch. We even clean up the whole crayfish. Delicious.
