Fish Kitchen

The atmosphere and vibes were very nice and the scenery was good. The food took a long time to come and was quite pricey for the small portion it came in. The fish tacos were rather bland but the grilled octopus was very nice and tender. The market fish was pretty good but the portion was too small to be considered as a large.

Amazing lunch! Stopped in here for a school holiday lunch with my kids. Food was amazing, my son said one of the best sandwiches he's ever had and my Haloumi Orange salad was delicious. Service though busy was friendly and efficient.

Salt and pepper squid was amazing, awesome dressing. Fish n chips was disappointing at $28, as they served two tiny slithers of slimy red cod, my least favorite of all fish, suitable only for chicken feed. Not a sustainably line caught fish as promised on the menu. Deep sea cod are bottom trawled. Mushy, slimy and revolting. Very pricey also as was the beer I had, at $11 a pint during their happy hour, usually $14, not really a happy hour, the only people happy about that being them.

The family and I used to always visit here, but I think the chef or owner has changed as the food was not as good as I remember it. The menu was totally different and was a surprising but I always up for a change. The one that didn’t change was the staff, they’re very friendly as always.

Great food and efficient service. Meatballs and our fish dish are yummy. The toasted quinoa in our fish is innovative and added texture to the dish. Good list of drinks even for non-alcoholic. Will definitely come back

On Saturday the 30th of July, myself and my two children jumped on the ferry to Devonport for the first time. We walked into Fish Kitchen and greeted by your staff so warmly. They looked after myself so professionally with a smile. Immaculate service and the fish and chips and fish burger were exceptional. Best on earth I can assure you. Thankyou to everyone! Friendly wait staff, great prices for oyster happy hour and drinks every Sunday. They can sell out quickly so get in early!

Enjoyed a lovely selection of fish dishes with my family. Good and speedy service too.
