I ordered two cups of flat white the first one was good, no different than usual, the second cup was espresso re-extracted from old coffee grounds!

I had coffee and a catch up with friends there on Wednesday morning14th. The cafe was really good. The staff were friendly, the food was nice and fresh and the cafe was clean and had a lovely atmosphere to it. I would go back there again. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian fritata was nice and so was my hot chocolate.

Was absolutely horrified when I ordered my food and the food was unsatisfactory, the apple pie was cold even though I asked them to heat it up. the coffee was way to sweet, and the bacon and cheese scone i had was stale. i went back to the store and they said that i need to contact the head department, it's been a month or so now and they refused to get back to me as i have kindly and patiently been waiting for my refund, yet I'm still waiting as i type this. I am still waiting to receive a email or phone call back, Not happy guys do better.
