Amazing !! The Best Pilates studio!! Awesome team that is always making you feel super welcome. You are guaranteed a good workout and will see/feel results and improvements quickly. App is super easy to use for bookings and they offer a wide range of times which is perfect.

Beautiful studio, challenging but fun workout and friendly instructors. The $20 45 minute express and $18 Fridays classes are a great deal!

I was always so nervous to join Pilates as I felt I didn’t fit the “Mould”! But I rocked up put on my Pilates socks and smashed a class all because I felt so welcomed and supported! I have not stopped going since and that was the middle of last year! Even though I live in Albany I still drive up to Silverdale because I love the vibe! 10/10 recommend!!!

YEARS of suffering from back pain gone after less than 6 months of coming to reform 2 x per week. I’m now over a year in and going. Pilates has changed my life. My body feels stronger than ever. The studio is clean and beautiful. Lots of warm friendly teachers and a great time table. I can’t recommend Reform Pilates Silverdale enough. The difference between Reform and Studio Pilates is that Reform has instructors leading the class where as Studio is taught from a pre recorded screen.

f you're looking for a Pilates reformer class with a great community and excellent instructors, I highly recommend Reform Pilates Silverdale. The classes are fun and challenging, and the community vibe is fantastic. The instructors are incredibly supportive and encouraging, and I've seen an incredible transformation in my body since starting. I feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident. I’m in the best shape of my life in my mid 40s.
