Reform Fitness Silverdale

I am an unfit plus size person who has never done Pilates before, I was very nervous about going to a Pilates studio but Reform Fitness Silverdale was amazing. I had Tess for my first session who was so nice, I told her I had never done Pilates before and she was happy to come show me how to use the reformer and ask any questions if needed. The class it's self was so nice, it had different levels of movements for different peoples levels meaning there was something tough for everyone in the beginner class. I was sore for 3 days after my first session.nnTess was so helpful and so lovely, I met the owner after my session who was also so nice and motivating and I felt so welcomed in the studio!nnThe studio its self was beautiful, spacious and easy to get to/ find. I would recommend this studio to anyone!

Amazing !! The Best Pilates studio!! Awesome team that is always making you feel super welcome. You are guaranteed a good workout and will see/feel results and improvements quickly. App is super easy to use for bookings and they offer a wide range of times which is perfect.

Beautiful studio, challenging but fun workout and friendly instructors. The $20 45 minute express and $18 Fridays classes are a great deal!

f you're looking for a Pilates reformer class with a great community and excellent instructors, I highly recommend Reform Pilates Silverdale. The classes are fun and challenging, and the community vibe is fantastic. The instructors are incredibly supportive and encouraging, and I've seen an incredible transformation in my body since starting. I feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident. I’m in the best shape of my life in my mid 40s.

Could not recommend Reform Silverdale enough! All of the instructors are absolutely amazing and so friendly and give plenty of options for your level. I had not tried Pilates before coming to Reform, and I love it thanks to this amazing studio!
