Good hotpot, mala was spicy and mushroom base was tasty. Sweet potato noodles are so good. However weekend night was insanely loud with rowdy people throwing things and slightly rude drunk diners. But overall food was great.

Perfect combination of hotpot and karaoke at the same time. I've enjoyed a lot!!!! Singing songs from my teenage years and having a very well balanced hotpot. Young environment. If you want a quiet place, this is not for you ; You don't know if the floor is shaking because of the people, or because of an earthquake You pay a fixed price, very convenient

The food was excellent. I love the way you cook your own food at the table, good selection of meats and vegetables, spices etc. I would suggest going early on the weekends, as by 7-7.30pm it's packed with people and the noise levels go through the roof. Really good atmosphere though. Would definitely recommend the place.Food: 5/5

This restaurant should honestly just be called red flag. If I could give them no stars I would but since I’m writing a review they’ll get one. We arrived just after 6pm for a table of 3, the owner said that we can have the table for an hour and then to be out 7pm which we agreed to. We placed our orders and then waited for about 15mins before our food came out. We then had about 45mins before we had to leave so when it hit 6.45pm we asked the owner for takeaway containers since we still had a lot of food leftover and wanted to take it home to finish. He just said no refused to look at us and then walk away. So we proceeded to flag down the younger waiter who said that his boss said no we’re not allowed and then said “it’s common sense that you cannot take your food home”. I tried to reason and state that previously we were able to do so but he just laughed in our faces and walked away. Appalling behaviour definitely not going back. I used to be a regular and not anymore this had left us with a bad taste and feeling very angry and dissatisfied. We paid full price for our food and drinks and not being able to finish even half. Felt like the biggest scam. If you are not willing to give PAYING customers a takeaway container and gave them a time limit at least tell them beforehand. I do NOT recommend red hill to anyone, you’re better off going anywhere else but here. Save your money and you’ll get better service someplace else.

Please do not go here - worst service I’ve ever experienced. Owner only gave us an hour to eat which we agreed with, however this wouldn’t be enough time to finish our food. So we asked for a takeaway to take home half the food. They refused to do so even when we have been in the past and allowed to take home the remaining food we paid for. Owner was very rude and refused to look us in the eye while not giving us a reason as to why? Younger staff laughed at us and then chose to ignore us. advice: state the policy to begin with if it does exists rather than scam customers and refuse an explanation. The place is not too big but clean. Love their fish fillet in spicy oil! The amount of food is enough for two and the flavor is good! It's not that spicy but has an authentic taste of chilli peppers. We also had chicken salad which has the best sauce of sweetness and a hint of mint. Will come again to try other dishes.

Well well, amazing the food is exquisite and tastes amazing. They give you a pot with water, for spices and non spices, then you order what you would like... After that they bring it to you raw but that’s not just it, they let you cook it yourself. With tones of food on the menu very creative ways to cook it. They have great service with some nice kind staff. I would definitely recommend coming to this restaurant for very flavoursome food.

Very good experience in this restaurant for the first time. It’s quick to have the dishes ready and taste great. Nice staff as well.
