Excellent customer service, really liked our vehicle as it drove well, had loads of space and comfortably fit our family of 4 we decided to upgrade from the basic car for a bit more boot space. Will definitely be returning customers. My kids were chuffed with their RAD merchandise too. Thanks for helping make our journey north so much more smooth

The car was nice and clean. Really easy to get the keys as we got in to Rotorua after our flight from Christchurch was cancelled and we had to fly to Auckland first then bus back to Rotorua. No issues with the car. Collecting the car at the airport was great.

Have hired from this company 2 or 3 times they are amazing...i have one wee grunt only just recently, the last vehicle i hired from their had scrapes n dints in the vehicle when we picked it up on our arrival... their was no warning or notes to let us know we were takn a scraped up car‍...May have thought we would get a weeee discount on our next car hire from them.Other then that it was reliable an got me from A to B..wish i was notified earlier though because i may have gone for another vehicle. Other then that they do an amazing job
