A huge thank you and shoutout to Natasha from the Hertz Airport branch for her exemplary service and help beyond her usual scope of work. We rented from Rotorua Hertz central in Nov and opted to return to the airport branch as we were catching a flight to south island after. Unfortuately as we were running late, we stupidly left our wallet behind in the car, dropped the keys and rushed to catch our flight. It was only discovered on the plane that my wallet was not there and we were essentially half stranded in CHC after, an island apart from my wallet. Natasha was invaluable in assisting to retrieve and reach out to us promptly that she had it for safekeeping, and really went out of her way in assisting to courier it to us while reassuring us that it’d be fine. Lost on thursday afternoon in rotorua, received safe and sound in queenstown on Saturday, talk about efficiency!nnTruth be told, Hertz is a more internationally known brand and pricier than some other rentals, but it does come with more accessibility and better service, really glad that I chose Hertz as I wouldn’t be sure if I’d be able to get back my wallet that smoothly or if at all otherwise. Pickup and return was smooth as well, would be happy to rent from Hertz Rotorua again given the chance hopefully no more wallet adventures next time tho, was nerve wrecking while it lasted lolnnThanks again Natasha and team :
