Fairly unimpressed with this company, and will not be hiring with Ezi again.nI booked with this company as they were the most competitively priced, while my own vehicle was in for repairs. My own vehicle was ready early, so I returned the rental car early - expecting a refund for any unused day, given that this would be standard practice with other car rental companies.nHowever Ezi does not give refunds for early returns, leaving me worse off than if I'd booked with a competitor.nIf this is going to be their companies policy, this should be clearly advertised, rather than hidden in the depths of a FAQ page.
