Pukekohe Roast

Decent place for when you need a roast dinner last minute. Long wait due to lots of orders. Container bottom filled with mostly potatoes 6, 2 kumara and a boiled pumpkin. Meat looked like plenty when opening, but quite deceptive. Would serve to feed 2 people if stretching it, way too much potatoes for 1 person. Lamb cooked beautifully.

I'd give a zero rating if I could. I've come here several times and the aggressive owners are always the same. Never again. The owners are so rude. Heaven forbid you ask for 1 piece of crackling with your $60 order. Save your time and go to BADOZ Roast literally 500m down the road near Good Home. Amazing service and the food is good. Great service goes a long way. Atrocious!

I really enjoyed this... The bread, lettuce and tomato was soooo fresh... I didn't like the crackling though, it was very dry and salty... It was very hot in the shop while sitting there to eat it too...

Ordered a roast meal - chicken. Received under seasoned veges and fried chicken in a bag. Hardly considered a roast meal. Also disappointed to see that they still weren’t allowing customer inside the store instead left waiting outside hovering around the door yet during the day, you can go inside. Customer service through the hung plastic sheet defiantly needs work! Disappointing, missing the other friendly roast shop that was in Pukekohe.

Love a good home cooked roast without the hard work, Pukekohe roast shop is the perfect place. Roast veg, Roast Pork, lamb or Chicken with mix veg and gravey, mint sauce, apple sauce, pork crackle..cant beat it.

Had a small pork this time, was as usual absolutely Devine, plenty of gravy, apple sauce, spuds, pumpkin, kumara, Peas and loads of melt in ya mouth meat. Don't forget the crackle!!! Yum yum yum. Value for money @$16 for small.

Needs to let customers in shop instead of still ordering at door. Covid restrictions are gone. And learn some polite manners.. Also very stinching on gravy..
