We took our parent to have a lunch today. The food just average. The waffles too sweet and bacons need more cook. The patty on the burger was black we asked if it burned but confirmed by staff it wasn’t burned. Price is reasonable with the portion.
Food was good, it arrived in a timely manner, was good quality and a generous amount. service was friendly but minimal - we were not fussed over which I like, the setting is quiet, so relaxed, toilets were clean as was the cafe in general. Well done guys keep up the good workFood: 5/5
We made our booking for mother’s day, days in advance. We specifically requested a high chair. when we arrived the high chairs were unavailable despite us booking one meaning I had to hold my daughter on my lap for quite some time until one became available. Secondly, about 40% of the menu wasn’t available. Thirdly, it took no less than an hour for our food to be prepared. We planned a 10am reservation specifically to work around our routine. Patrons around us were frustrated. My 2 year old was frustrated and started losing patience, my 4 year old was hangry. Kindly, the lovely waitress brought out some marshmallows to keep him going. She noticed that the kids were getting upset and offered some toys and books to try and help. The food when it did arrive was delicious, however by this point my 2YO had absolutely had enough and I had to have mine to go. Not the mother’s day brunch we had planned. In future, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to advise your customers that there will be an hours wait for food so we can decide if we would like to order. If we had known, we would’ve probably picked somewhere else or ordered and come back after an hour so the kids didn’t get bored. The tables next to ours were just us frustrated and we felt obliged to apologise for our kid’s behaviour, luckily they were super understanding knowing how patiently they were waiting until the food simply took too long. Also, maybe a good idea to get additional high chairs.
Lovely place to relax in. Nice outdoor area for warm weather & lovely fireplace to enjoy in colder times. Great staff, awesome coffee & food. Recommend for visit or hire for a party.Food: 5/5
Have been many times of the past 2 years, and the food has been consistently great, coffee is perfect, and the service is spot on. Always clean and tidy.Food: 5/5
Food and service good. Flat white was awful. Not sure what coffee or machine they use but it certainly tasted like dishwater. NOT COFFEE.

The team at the front are amazing!!! Amazing fast services and great food , great coffee and reasonable price for what you get!!! Nice and warm by the fire
Welcoming, delicious, friendly, we don't get to town much, but remarkably they remembered what we had ordered last time, which I was trying to recall because it was delicious, It was still delicious!!
Food was great especially the Belgium waffles. Would definitely recommend taking ,it's a cute cafe and popular as well.Food: 4/5
