OMG the best vegan food I ever had! Even though I am not a vegan nor vegetarian, their food is absolutely amazing! Great coffee too and the aroma from the coconut milk. Will definitely go back again. Highly recommended!!

Portershed is far the BEST vegan only cafe in the city ! It’s the entire experience and owner Emma and entire team make you feel like home . Food is just heavenly and with multiple daily options either from the cabinet or a la crate menu. My absolute favourite is Jackfruit Sammie and Tofu Nuggets Panini , but if I’m really hungry Quarter-pounder vegan burger is good choice. On the top of that coffee is delicious and the blend they use is perfect ! I promise if you try it once you will not have enough and aways go back just as we do!

I'm not a vegan.... That said, the food is great. Wife had mushroom and leek pie. I had a vegi-wrap with extra tomato relish. Just what the doctor ordered to clean out all that meat and ice cream stuff I ate last night. And the Mochachino is to die for. Got a medium. Not quite enough... Recommend the large! Vegetarian options: Everything you could want. Kid-friendliness: Only the cutest kids that say and do the craziest funny things come here.

Beautiful food. My son introduced me to this place. I'm not vegan and I swear it may be the best burger I've had. Burgers are massive. Couldn't finish it. Spiced chai tea is the bomb to. So good.

Ordered on Uber eats from auckland to to deliver with a message to my sister in chch with some good news - i thought the not would be on a receipt but the team went over and above decorated the box with a hand written note and stickers which made it extra special. really appreciate it!

This is an absolutely awesome place to come have a feed. Warm and friendly reception, food tastes amazing. Loved it. I'm not vegan and this place hits the mark for fantastic food regardless of dietary requirements! Highly recommend!

Love Portershed! It's cosy, has lovely staff, and it's got the best coffee imo. Also 100% vegan friendly with some good gluten-free options.

Incredible selection of vegan bakes with crispy pastry and delicious fillings. Great for eat in or takeaway food that's easy to eat on the road. Can vouch for the vegan mince and vegetable pie, the vegan chicken pie and the vegan chimichanga Vegetarian options: All vegan. Dietary restrictions: Dairy free milks and vegan cuisine.

My friends and I stayed in Christchurch our first two days in New Zealand and went here twice! The lattes are so good, the food is fresh and amazing, and the service was excellent. My friend got a burger and the vegan cheese was sooo good! We also got some of their premade sandwiches and wraps to go and they all had great depth of flavor. I’d highly recommend this place whether or not you’re vegan/vegetarian but especially if you are! It was almost a bummer starting our trip with this amazing food because we haven’t found as good of vegan food since haha.

Lovely staff, love the Vegan products shop, great range. Beautiful coffee, beautiful cabinet selection with loads of Gluten free & nut free options etc. Hands down the best gluten free bowl of fries I've EVER had, crispy and hand made & cut. I also love that there is Ethique products here along with other eco friendly packaging products. All round amazing Cafe. Thank youuuu : Vegetarian options: All vegan.
